1) Click the windows button, now type services, and choose services. 

2) Find the Windows update, Go to properties(by right-clicking you will get this option).

3) In the startup option dropdown choose the disabled option then click the apply button, you can choose the okay button also. 

Again go to properties, then stop the process.
