• Open the Instagram app. 
• Now go to the profile screen.
• Then click the "Menu Icon".
• Now click the "Accounts Center".
• Now click "Password and security".
• Now click the Two-factor authentication".
• Now choose the account that you want to disable the two-factor authentication.
• Now choose the "Text Message". 
• In this screen disable the "Text Message" toggle. Now It will ask for "Turn off" confirmation. 
• Click the "Turn off" button. Now two-factor authentication is disabled.
